All of our programmes begin with a 6 week foundation programme. You will need to complete this first to help you get into the routine of attending your chosen session types, and to help with any mindset shift required to help you nurture yourself.
What’s included in our 6 week programme:
- Initial personal coaching session (body scan, body composition analysis, goal setting, food diary and lifestyle intervention)
- 3 x SGPT coaching sessions per week
- Weekly lifestyle coaching check ins and accountability
- 3 week and 6 week personal review sessions
- Online community support chat group
