What is SGPT?

SGPT is a programme that combines regular group training sessions with lifestyle support with a personal trainer.  SGPT sessions host up to 8 people, and are designed to develop your fitness in a holistic way. Each session will combine a variety of activities including strength training and boxing cardio-conditioning. Your personal trainer will meet and check in with you regularly, reviewing your progress, helping you achieve your goals and recognise your achievements.

Our boutique training studio has been specifically designed to meet the needs of our SGPT programme sessions and provides a welcoming environment.  Using their understanding of exercise science and the continual feedback we seek from our members, our highly experienced personal training team carefully develop and refine training programmes that develop and improve all aspects of fitness.  Our sessions are much more than just workouts: you learn new skills and have fun, and the individual support and wonderful community ensure you look forward to coming back for more time and time again.  Your regular check ins and reviews with your trainer help to inform and educate, but more importantly, your trainer knows how to listen and provide specific, considered support that empowers you. You gain the benefits of having a highly effective personal trainer alongside the support of a like minded group of people.

How do the SGPT sessions work?

SGPT sessions are 50 minutes long. Each session is focused on helping you develop muscular strength and conditioning of your whole body, combined with fun and achievable boxing activities to build cardio-fitness, coordination, balance and self-confidence.  You will always go at your own pace, and your personal training team will ensure you are challenging yourself in a manageable way.

All sessions are booked via our easy to use membership system and you have over 30 sessions a week to choose from.
