If you prefer a completely bespoke and personalised approach to your health and fitness goals, and at times prefer to workout by yourself, then our PPT programme might be more suitable than SGPT. The PPT programme combines personal training and individual workout sessions (following your devised personal exercise programme) in our private training zones. This gives you regular coaching support and guidance, and empowers you to workout by yourself at times so you can put what you have learned with your coach into action. Your can decide how much support you would like.

Getting Started
All of our programmes begin with a 6 week foundation programme. You will need to complete this first to help you get into the routine of attending your sessions, and to help with any shift in mindset that might be required to help you take care of yourself.
What’s included in our 6 week programme:
- Week 1 – Initial personal coaching session (body scan, body composition analysis, goal setting, food diary and lifestyle intervention) and personal training session plus 1 x personal private training session
- Weeks 2-6 – 1 x personal training session and 2 x personal private training sessions
- Personalised workout programme
- 3 week and 6 week personal review sessions
