SGPT or Small Group Personal Training

Our signature SGPT programme combines the best elements of personal training and group exercise to bring you a completely immersive coaching and lifestyle change programme.
SGPT coaching sessions combine strength and boxing techniques to create fun, engaging and effective group sessions to fit all fitness levels and personal goals. Our expert coaches adapt and personalise sessions and activities to meet your needs wherever you are right now. Despite the group setting, activities are personalised and ensure plenty of individual coaching time for you within each session.

What's Included monthly:

  • Personal dedicated accountability coach
  • 8, 12 or 16 SGPT coaching sessions per month
  • Weekly check ins with your coach (nutrition, lifestyle and mindset activity)
  • Regular 8 week review sessions with your coach (body scan, goal setting and personal workout programmes)
  • Online community support group
  • Monthly challenges and social events

Getting Started

All of our programmes begin with a 6 week foundation programme. You will need to complete this first to help you get into the routine of attending your chosen session types, and to help with any mindset shift required to help you nurture yourself.

What’s included in our 6 week programme:

  • Initial personal coaching session (body scan, body composition analysis, goal setting, food diary and lifestyle intervention)
  • 3 x SGPT coaching sessions per week
  • Weekly lifestyle coaching check ins and accountability
  • 3 week and 6 week personal review sessions
  • Online community support chat group

PPT or Personal Private Training

If you prefer a completely bespoke and personalised approach to your health and fitness goals, and at times prefer to workout by yourself, then our PPT programme might be more suitable than SGPT. The PPT programme combines personal training and individual workout sessions (following your devised personal exercise programme) in our private training zones. This gives you regular coaching support and guidance, and empowers you to workout by yourself at times so you can put what you have learned with your coach into action. Your can decide how much support you would like.
If you have any specific needs or conditions that need to be considered then personal training is likely the best option to ensure you get what you need. To ensure we find the right plan for you, simply just ‘book a call’ and we can help you find what is best.

What's Included monthly:

  • Dedicated personal trainer
  • Monthly personal training sessions of 1, 4, 8 or 12 sessions
  • PPT workout sessions per month ranging from 4-20 depending on your choice of PT support.
  • Personalised workout programme (revised, reviewed and updated monthly)
  • Regular review sessions (body scan, body composition analysis, goal setting, food diaries)
  • Community challenges and events
