"I have attended reformer pilates classes with Reformer at The Fit Collective for over 3 years now and it is safe to say that I'm addicted! As a seasoned runner and a recent Hyrox convert, Reformer pilates complement my exercise routine so well. It has improved my balance, my flexibility and overall performance in my other disciplines. Not only do I find reformer pilates a great way to push me further but the setting of Reformer at The Fit Collective has definitely encouraged me to stick with it! Kudos to Deborah!! She ensures the classes are challenging enough but also always offers scaled down/up options to all the movements. This allows me to focus on a recovery session or an improvement session based on my training plans. The small classes set up allows for a personal experience too. Deborah always takes in consideration everyone's ability in the class and will offer customised variations if needed. She is so ever accommodating too...I do feel like I receive a one on one tuition every time even though there are more people in the class. Deborah also fosters a great community amongst all the members, often organising social meet ups for those interested to take their experience outside the reformer studio. I recently attended her Prosecco and pilates session which was extremely fun, using a glass (full) of prosecco as a prop...its was so innovative and definitely nothing I had done before.
The numerous classes also helps me to fit at least 1 class per week in my busy schedule, juggling full time work, mummy duties and training for a race or a hyrox competition.
I could not recommend these classes enough for their reformer pilates offering and if I could I would give it more than 5 stars!!!"
