WHAT IS SMALL GROUP PT?
SGPT at The Fit Collective is a structured programme that integrates regular group training sessions with individualized lifestyle support. Each session accommodates up to 8 participants, ensuring personalized attention from your dedicated personal trainer. The workouts are diverse, incorporating strength training and boxing cardio-conditioning to provide a holistic fitness experience.

Each Small Group Personal Training session lasts 50 minutes, focusing on full-body strength and conditioning exercises, complemented by boxing activities to enhance cardiovascular fitness, coordination, and balance.
Personalised Coaching
Despite the group setting, trainers provide individualized support, adapting exercises to suit each participant’s fitness level and goals.
Lifestyle Support
Participants receive weekly check-ins covering nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset, along with reviews to assess progress and adjust personal workout programmes.
Community Engagement
The programme fosters a supportive community through online groups, monthly challenges, and social events, enhancing motivation and accountability.
Getting Started
All participants begin with a 6-week foundation programme, which includes:
An initial personal coaching session featuring body composition analysis, goal setting, and lifestyle assessment.
Three Small Group Personal Training coaching sessions per week.
Weekly lifestyle coaching check-ins and accountability measures.
Personal review sessions at weeks 3 and 6 to monitor progress and adjust goals.

Personally I find regular gyms boring and intimidating, whereas in Fit Collective you attend small class max of 8 people and they show you set of exercises that will strengthen you and boxing for your cardio which is not easy but it’s a lot of fun.
