Small Group Personal Training (SGPT)
Our signature SGPT sessions offer a variety of activities including strength training and boxing techniques in intimate group sessions of up to 8 people at a time. This programme combines regular SGPT sessions with your own accountability coach to give you everything you need to have fun, and make positive, long lasting changes to your health and fitness.
Your starting point with SGPT is a 6 week foundation programme to help you build healthy habits, get into the groove of attending exercise sessions frequently and learning how best to train to suit your body.

Personal Training
If you are someone who prefers to train by yourself but you need help with structure, focus and accountability then perhaps Personal Training is the most suitable to meet your goals. Our Personal Training is part of a brand new concept we have brought to Chester where members attend pre-booked sessions within a private training zone, using equipment exclusively available to you. Your programme is devised by your personal trainer who you will work with you regularly, reviewing your progress and ensuring your training regime remains highly effective, varied and progressive. You can choose how many sessions you attend per month and how often you see your personal trainer (a minimum of once per month).
